Andrew Schneider

Andrew Schneider is currently the Sales Manager for Kaiser Siding and Roofing based in Suwanee, GA.  Andrew previously spent his career, for the last 26 years, in the Loss Prevention Industry. Andrew worked in industries to include big box retail as well as small specialty retailers and logistics companies. He joined Impact Management and Leadership Group – IMLAG in 2010 as an Associate Consultant. He is also instrumental in coordinating all events for IMLAG in North America.

Andrew first began Loss Prevention while in High School and saw LP as an opportunity for growth in a field he enjoyed. In late 1993, Andrew left the retail world to join the police academy in Palm Beach, Florida and was employed as a police officer until mid-1997 where his  desire to work in the loss prevention industry brought him back into the retail business.  Andrew has made a career in the Loss Prevention industry and moved up the corporate ladder to his most recent position as the Director of Loss Prevention for a Logistics Company.  During his career Andrew developed skills in process management, public speaking and staff development.  He has been a leader in each company. 

Andrew found the Lord and was saved in 1999. He has been walking with the Lord ever since. After relocating to GA in 2006, Andrew and his family became members of Victory Church in Norcross, GA in early 2007. Andrew, his wife, of 20 years, and their five children are all active members in the community and Victory Church. Andrew has participated in outreaches that included feeding the homeless, maintenance repairs, and helping the elderly to name a few. Andrew has a desire to help the hurting and those in need, especially children. His quest for helping people in need, especially children, took him to South Africa, Nigeria and Haiti as a missionary. While in these countries, the team built schools for children. At Victory Andrew has served on the usher team, Children’s Ministry, and the security team. He and his wife also hosted a small group and served on the coaching team in Small Group Ministry for 10 years. He also served in the role of Associate Pastor in the Small Group Ministry where he was leading, coaching and equipping leaders.

After joining Impact Management and Leadership Group – IMLAG in 2010, Andrew became instrumental in coordinating events for IMLAG in North America. He brings a wealth of leadership development expertise to the organization. He is a proven leader with the commitment and dedication to equipping leaders.
